Remark:	RPDC can give green rebate of 5 point per kg for all sorts of old newspaper. The old newspaper has a green rebate value because it is a commodity. Mots households will have the newspapers as part of their reading diet. In 1992 and 1994, the demand was low and there were piles of newspapers lying everywhere. For those of us who loves nature, we will want to do something to preserve the environment. Money must not be made at the expense of the environment. RPDC has taken this step to contibute towards the preservation of the environment.
