Remark:	RPDC will give green rebate of 10 points per kg for all sorts of Office Papers. The Office Paper has a green rebate value because it is a commodity and when there is no demand, nobody will collect them as in 1992 and 1994. Demand or no demand, it is made from trees and it should be collected and recycled. When you send for incineration, you will not be able to reuse it again and industries need to chop down more trees to make papers. It gives out carbon dioxide when incinerated therefore it is better to recycle it. RPDC has established a network of paper mills to solve this proplem so that recycling will still be continued even when the price for papers is low.
